Meet the Fastest TITAN Yet – TITAN 36/12 [video]

We are expanding our TITAN range with the new TITAN 36/12, the smallest and fastest firewood processor in the TITAN family. Compact, fast and versatile, it combines efficient firewood processing with flexible drive options and, for the first time in the TITAN range, the possibility of a petrol engine.

The TITAN 36/12 has been developed using the knowledge and experience gained throughout the development and production of its larger predecessors. The result is a compact and user-friendly machine suitable for both occasional and professional users.

Compact Size, Fast Firewood Processing

The TITAN 36/12 processes logs up to 36 cm in diameter and uses an 850 mm WIDIA circular saw blade for fast and precise cutting.

A splitting force of 10 tonnes as standard, with up to 12.5 tonnes available as an option, provides efficient firewood processing. Our BOOMSPEED system automatically adjusts the splitting speed according to the required force, contributing to a fast splitting cycle of just 2.2 seconds.

Preset cutting lengths of 20, 25, 33, 40 and 50 cm allow quick adjustment to different firewood lengths.

Designed for Simple and Efficient Operation

Mechanical-hydraulic controls make the TITAN 36/12 straightforward and intuitive to operate with levers and commands ergonomically distributed on the control panel. After the log is fed into the machine, a hydraulic log clamp holds the log securely during cutting. A flap that holds the last log can also be integrated as optional equipment.

Dampers ensure a more controlled fall of firewood pieces into the splitting channel, where logs are pushed through the splitting knife. Processed firewood is transported away by a 5 m telescopic conveyor belt, with hydraulic left-right offset providing greater flexibility when creating a pile or filling a trailer.

The First TITAN with a Petrol Engine

The TITAN 36/12 offers several drive options to suit different working conditions. It is available with PTO drive (CD), a combination of PTO and an 11 kW electric motor (CD+E), or as a petrol-powered TR version with wheels. This makes the TITAN 36/12 the first firewood processor in our TITAN range available with a petrol engine. The TR version provides complete mobility and allows firewood to be processed wherever it is needed, without depending on a tractor or electrical power supply.
