Uniforest winches certified in the BLT Wieselburg durability test
Independent testing confirms the reliability and performance of 65Hpro, 90GX, and 6HWpro.
Reliability under real working conditions is what matters most in forestry. To validate long term performance and durability, Uniforest submitted three products, the forestry winches 65Hpro and 90GX, as well as the 6HWpro auxiliary winch, to independent testing at BLT Wieselburg (FJ BLT). All three successfully met the test requirements and received certification.
What the BLT Wieselburg durability test evaluates
BLT Wieselburg provides professional testing facilities and comprehensive measurement technology for determining performance data, technical parameters, and environmentally relevant characteristics of agricultural and forestry machinery. Depending on the test scope, this can include measurements such as PTO power requirement, required pulling force, hydraulic power demand, forces at the three-point linkage, stability and centre of gravity, vibration exposure, noise emissions, and functional and safety-related checks. The results are documented and issued in official test documentation.
Products that fulfil the FJ BLT test requirements can carry the recognised “BLT Wieselburg tested” mark, which has been established in the industry for decades.
Certified winches tested for durability under continuous load
As part of the certification process at BLT Wieselburg, the winches were subjected to a continuous load test under clearly defined and controlled conditions. During testing, the machines operated at 80% of their rated pulling force. Since pulling force varies depending on the rope layer on the drum, the load was adjusted accordingly to ensure consistent and comparable test parameters throughout the procedure.
The 90GX successfully completed a 10-hour continuous load test, the 65Hpro a 5-hour test, and the 6HWpro auxiliary winch a 2-hour test.
The results confirm the durability of the tested winches.
Independent testing and documented results support what matters in practice: safe operation, dependable performance, and long-term durability.
