Professional firewood processing upgraded by the new TITAN 40/20 [video]
With the new generation of the TITAN 40/20, Uniforest upgrades one of its most established firewood processors with new innovations that make daily work faster, safer, and more efficient.
Efficient firewood production and reliable performance for professional use
Designed for intensive professional use, the TITAN 40/20 combines proven mechanical-hydraulic control with a redesigned construction and advanced functions. Metal in-feed rollers ensure reliable feeding even in wet conditions, while a hydraulic log clamp stabilizes the log before cutting. A 1000 mm circular saw enables clean and environmentally friendly cutting of logs up to 40 cm in diameter.
New standard features include a hydraulically adjustable feed-in table with aggressive rollers, making the handling of crooked or knotty logs significantly easier, and BOOMSPEED, which automatically adapts the splitting speed to the required force, reducing the splitting cycle by up to 40%.

Improved ergonomics delivered by the UNIFORCE equipment package
An important highlight of the new generation is the UNIFORCE equipment package, which further increases productivity and ergonomics. It includes an automatic knife height adjustment according to log diameter and a splitting knife lifting mechanism, reducing manual adjustments and operator effort during long working days.
Stay connected for smarter operation of your TITAN and proactive maintenance support
Digital support is provided by UNIFOREST CONNECT, which enables monitoring of operating hours, service intervals, and machine functions. With the UNIFORCE package, the app also calculates produced firewood volume and records splitting cycles, offering valuable insights for professional users and allowing service providers to quickly react and help address minor irregularities remotely.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Janez Podlipnik, owner of the estate where the filming took place, for his hospitality, support, and willingness to contribute to the presentation of the new TITAN 40/20.
