Firstly, unfold the hydraulically adaptable table with aggressive feed-in rollers. Adjust the inclination to feed the unevenly shaped logs into the firewood processor more easily.

The timber wood enters the machine with the help of transport rollers that enable an uninterrupted process even when operating with moisture.

Hydraulic clamp holds log during cutting and measures diameter of the log at the same time. Simply check the value and adjust the splitting knife height accordingly.

Carbide tipped circular saw

Thanks to its resilience to foreign materials in the wood and the shape of its teeth, the cemented carbide circular saw will cut through the log with an incredible speed. The movement of the circular saw, including the adjustment of the cutting speed, is hydraulically controlled.

ECO FRIENDLY - The circular saw requires no lubrication with oil which could be dispersed in the environment, so there is no risk of environmental pollution.

Foldable protective shield for circular saw – PATENT

Patented solution moves the circular saw into the cover and fold it to transport the firewood processor safely. To set the firewood processor from transport to working position, the patented protective shield is simply unfolded and moved backwards to enable the sawing function.

Uniform 2-4-8-18-way splitting knife - PATENT

One multilevel hydraulically adjustable 2-4-8-18-way splitting knife saves time, as it is easily adjusted up and down by a handle on a control panel. Thus, the work process doesn’t need to be paused to switch from one knife to another. 

The uniform multilevel splitting knife also comes with a patented foldable protection case that keeps the machine compact in size.

Value on the splitting knife scale helps you set the optimal number of splitting parts for the diameter of the processed log.

Double-piston cylinders for two movement speeds: the working speed is utilised for normal splitting of resistant wood, but for less resistance or the “free run” of the cylinder, its speed is increased. This way the splitting cycle can be shortened for up to 40% which also contributes to higher efficiency.

Oil heater
Oil heater

Oil heater pre-heats the oil, when the machine is idle, for easier start-up. It is only available for the electro motor variant. The PTO driven variant requires no oil heater.

Separator
Separator

The extremely light separator (22kg) allows the wood to fall on the trailer or in the bag while keeping the surroundings clean (free of sawdust).
