Unwinding Device Upgrade
Professional foresters face many challenges during they job. To support ergonomic and safe work process, we upgraded the unwinding device to optimise the control over winch and extend its lifespan. Limit-switch now comes as a standard equipment to protect the unwinding device from damages and thus preserve the vital parts of the machine. Besides that, the unwinding device strength was increased by 40%.
The unwinding device construction has been adapted to increase effectiveness of the hydraulic motor. Latter is also bigger in size, more resilient and developed specially for unwinding devices of the G-series winches:
Besides bigger hydraulic motor that increased the capacity of the unwinding device for 40%, the remodelled unwinding device now has bearings with higher load capacity. Patented 360°-rotation bushing was also reinforced. All these upgrades have consolidated Uniforest forestry machinery position in the global market segment.
