About the machine

Auxiliary winch 6HWpro is compatible with the three-point-linkage winches from the PREMIUM H (55Hpro and stronger) and PROFI series.

Auxiliary winch 6HWpro is a great solution for any challenge you can meet as a forester. With a pulling force of 6kN, working radius of 170m (app. 186 yards) and adjustable winding/unwinding speed (option) it provides extra power to overcome any obstacle. Simply bring the light synthetic rope to the site to lead the heavy wire rope. Get all the equipment exactly where you need it reliably and easily.

Instructions for Route Set-up

  1. When laying the route, a suitable anchor point must be found to serve as a fixing point (e.g., rock, tree, etc.).
  2. First, lead the synthetic rope (5) onto the pulley (4). One end of the rope leads to the auxiliary winch and the other, free end is clipped onto the end of the wire rope.
  3. Connect the two sides of the pulley (4) with the carabiner (2).
  4. Take the completed set to the chosen anchor point. Feed the endless loop (1) around the clamp and clamp both ends of the loop in the carabiner (2) and tighten the safety nut on the lock (3).

Synthetic rope winding/unwinding speed regulation allows user to set the optimal speed according to the terrain.

Light and long synthetic rope
Light and long synthetic rope

The light synthetic rope can be used on the site within a reach of 170 meters (app. 186 yards). However, make sure not to exceed the range of the wire rope of your forestry winch.

Telescopic arm
Telescopic arm

Adjust base height of your rope loop by extending the telescopic arm for easier access to the site. Arm can be extended for up to 470mm (approx. 18.5 inches).

One remote controller

Terra remote controllers are also available with optional functions for the auxiliary winch. The old Terra remote controllers can be upgraded. Contact your dealer for more information.
