Firewood processor TITAN 36/12

The feed-in conveyor belt ensures smooth and controlled feeding of logs into the machine.

The hydraulic log stabilizer securely holds the log in position before and during cutting for a controlled cutting process.

The 850 mm circular saw blade enables the TITAN 36/12 to process logs up to 36 cm in diameter.

Double-piston cylinders for two movement speeds: the working speed is utilised for normal splitting of resistant wood, but for less resistance or the “free run” of the cylinder, its speed is increased. This way, the splitting cycle can be shortened by up to 40%, which also contributes to higher efficiency. On the TITAN 36/12, the splitting cycle takes just 2.2 seconds.

The dampers ensure a more controlled drop of the cut firewood pieces into the splitting channel.

The TITAN 36/12 delivers 10 t of splitting force as standard, with an optional increase to 12.5 t.

Choose between 2/4, 2/6 or 2/8-way splitting knives as standard. A 2/10-way splitting knife is also available as an option for softer wood.

When working with shorter logs, the handle to activate the half stroke of the splitting cylinder can be used.
