About the machine

Environmentally friendly firewood processor TITAN 40/20 cuts logs with a WIDIA circular saw from cemented carbide, resilient to foreign material, that cuts logs in the shortest time possible. Furthermore, it requires no lubrication with oil that could be dispersed in the environment. Due to its completely mechanical operations, the firewood processor can also be used in more demanding conditions. A telescopic hydraulic lifting table for logs up to 4 m is available for easier work. The drive is possible via PTO, electric motor, or a combination of both.

Firstly, unfold the hydraulically adaptable table with aggressive feed-in rollers. Adjust the inclination to feed the unevenly shaped logs into the firewood processor more easily.

The timber wood enters the machine with the help of transport rollers that enable an uninterrupted process even when operating in moist conditions.

The 100 cm wide Widia saw cuts logs up to 40 cm in diameter.

Carbide tipped circular saw

Thanks to its resilience to foreign materials in the wood and the shape of its teeth, the cemented carbide circular saw will cut through the log with an incredible speed. The movement of the circular saw, including the adjustment of the cutting speed, is hydraulically controlled.

ECO FRIENDLY - The circular saw requires no lubrication with oil which could be dispersed in the environment, so there is no risk of environmental pollution.

BOOMSPEED

BOOMSPEED

Double-piston cylinders for two movement speeds: the working speed is utilised for normal splitting of resistant wood, but for less resistance or the “free run” of the cylinder, its speed is increased. This way, the splitting cycle can be shortened by up to 40% which also contributes to higher efficiency.

The electric motor and the PTO drive are mounted in such a way that the cover plate prevents simultaneous connection. The optimum positioning of the drives makes it easy to upgrade models with an electric motor to a combination.

The Uniforest Connect app tracks working hours, monitors saw blade speed and system voltage, checks input/output signals, and includes a digital service log with maintenance reminders. Depending on the TITAN model, additional features may include oil temperature monitoring, blade position display, and split wood measurement, which gives a clear overview of machine operation and greater control over work processes.

A telescopic hydraulic lifting table, up to 4m long, eases the work for the user. It can be PTO driven, electromotor driven or a combination of both.

Oil heater

Oil heater pre-heats the oil, when the machine is idle, for easier start-up. It is only available for the electro motor variant. The PTO driven variant requires no oil heater.

Separator grill

The extremely light separator grill (22kg) allows the wood to fall on the trailer or in the bag while keeping the surroundings clean (free of sawdust).
